OUR CLINIC
Dr. Chavis took over Hutto Veterinary Clinic in 2019 and rebranded it as Countryside Companion Veterinary Clinic in 2024. With over 20 years of experience as a veterinarian, she is committed to delivering exceptional care for both small and large pets. Dr. Chavis is excited to meet the diverse needs of all pets and ensure they receive the best possible veterinary care.

Her staff includes a licensed veterinary technician with over 20 years of experience and a recent graduate from the Trident Technical College veterinary technology program. This combination of seasoned expertise and fresh knowledge ensures comprehensive and up-to-date care for all pets.
Today, the clinic has been remodeled inside and there are more projects planned down the road. We also brought some modern equipment along – brand new state-of-the-art digital x-ray, full service dental suite with dental x-rays, in-house and reference labs, surgical suite with full monitoring capabilities, an app for all our clients to easily access records as well as communicate with us, telemedicine and more. What we did not change was compassion. From our receptionist to the doctor, we all truly love our patients and want to give them the best care.
